Taking a Stand

My lawyer is taking a stand at my request. The following is quoted from a letter he sent to the Board's attorney:

"A more than significant amount of time has passed since Mr. Mingle's suspension from school. The District's delay in returning him to his duties is mystifying to me. It is my considered opinion that every day that Mr. Mingle is kept in "limbo" is another day in which his good name and reputation are being injured. I called you and left messages inquiring as to Mr. Mingle's status, however, I have not heard back from you, hence this letter."
